If you visit https://dashboard.stripe.com/webhooks and see duplicate entries for /wp-json/wpsp/v1/webhook-receiver/ have the customer remove the additional entries so that only one webhook endpoint remains.
Current automatic billing subscriptions are not affected by webhooks — webhooks are primarily used for additional actions such as email notifications.
